"This Hotel was a brilliant find first of all because parking is always my biggest issue. The car park is big and there were plenty of parking spaces even though the hotel seamed to be relatively full. On arrival we were greeted by a friendly guy who guided us to reception. The owner Andy signed us in and was very friendly and gave us helpful instructions. The room was extremely clean and tidy, Lovely sized bathroom with the choice of shower or a bath tub. Bedroom was modern and spacious and a lovely view of the main road so you could sit on the window and watch the world go by. Also a 5 minute walk in to the heart of the main town. The traffic noise didn't bother us at all as there was secondary glazing. Nice touches like a well stocked kettle tray fan and Hairdryer. Room was very quiet and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was spot on with the choices of cereals, juice, croissants etc and a choice of cooked breakfast including eggs Benedict. Overall the entire building was modern and very well maintained. Would we come back again? Most definitely. Would like to thank Andy and Shirley for all their hard work in making my partners birthday break a memorable stay."

"The reason I only 4* to one question was that I think some painting and refreshing would help as in radiators that show some rust! I would add that we use this hotel regularly and wouldn't go anywhere else. Till the next time on our travels."

"Room was clean and bed very comfortable Staff very helpful and room was kept well stocked and clean Hotel in very good location Shower was good Sink is tiny"
Llandudno Bay Hotel

"The room was ok although the bed seemed a bit too big for the room & the mattress was hard. Bathroom}= the toilet lid hit you on the back when you sat on the seat, the sink was next to useless as the tap was sticking out to far from the wall & splashed everywhere when you turned it on & it also didn’t have a plug so you couldn’t even run water into the sink. The breakfast was edible but not exceptional, poached eggs not cooked properly & scrambled eggs were like an omelette cut up"
