"STAFF ARE VERY GOOD NOTHING TOO MUCH TROUBLE JENNY ON RECEPTION WAS A CREDIT TO THE HOTEL >BREAKFAST WAS THE BEST WE HAVE HAD IN HOTEL ROOM CLEAN AND WARM BATHROOM A DISASTER ALL VERY CLEAN AND NEW YOU COULDNT GET IN IT ONLY JUST MANAGE TO OPEN THE DOOR THEN TWIST ROUND AND SHUT IT BEFORE YOU COULD USE ANYTHING IN BATHROOM ROOM 101 PLEASE TURN THE DOOR ROUND AS THIS A EASY FIX"

"Dining room tables weren't cleared unless you asked them to take the plates or left. Breakfast was excellent. Didn't find a public disabled toilet. Rooms cleaned to a high standard daily."

"The room was great, very clean and modern with everything you could need whilst on a business trip, and the breakfast excellent."

"The staff were extremely helpful helping us in and out with baggage and helping us in any way we needed. The only disapointment I felt was not taking gluten free that seriously . They did have the bread but meals were another thing and two days I had not choice of sweet. Otherwise I would go there again if we can travel that far another year."

"The hotel was clean dated but clean Staff were lovely very helpful would stay here again due to the staff Breakfast was lovely lots of choice Bar was good quite a surprise to have good entertainment both nights"
