We enjoyed a wonderful four night stay here. The hotel is in a beautiful location about 20 minutes from Palma. Our suite was beautiful. Large and very comfortable with a super comfy bed. The bathroom was also extremely large with very good amenities. This hotel has one of the best Spas we have seen. It is truly wonderful. We really enjoyed talking to the staff who were all really fantastic. The General Manager was superb too. She was often seen around the property chatting with guests We...

What a gem! Beautifully refurbished hotel. Ultra modern and quirky design. Staff go above and beyond. Great welcome on arrival with champagne and chocolates on a private balcony. We were upgraded to a balcony double room overlooking the bay. Spacious and luxurious the circular bath was a nice surprise. We would definitely revisit. Great that the hire car was parked for you even iif you opted for the free on street parking. Good location just a 5 minute up hill walk to the main cafes and...

I was on crutches following accident and staff could not have been more helpful

I’ve stayed in 5* hotels around the world. What stood out here was the entire staff genuinely making us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Little things- we wanted to go into town so asked for a taxi- they said no need, we’ll take you in the hotel car. And just let us know when you finish your meal for the return trip. We have some water for your taxi ride so you can stay hydrated on the airport journey. And more. Will definitely go back.

Lovely peaceful hotel friendly helpful staff, excellent layout and wonderful views from whatever room you have all seem to overlook the sea/beach/pool, drinks and food are a little pricey. 4.50 Euros for a half litre bottle is frankly absurd, hence why I’d buy bottles from the spa Over the road for less than a Euro a litre. 7 euro for a beer and much more for spirits I think 14 for a gin and tonic, If the drinks prices where a little more reasonable I’m sure more guests would enjoy lovely bars...

Close to the beach.

Only recently opened, this hotel is simply splendid - stylish, well equipped and staffed by the most friendly & professional staff I have ever come across (& I have stayed in some wonderful hotels around the world) Lovely roof top pool & bar, nice restaurant with terrace & quietest aircon I have experienced (& if that's not enough fast reliable wifi too !)

Loved it all. Friendly helpful staff, great location. Class place.👍

Superb hotel, excellent service, great food and even more picturesque than the website photos. Excellent hotel, will be visiting again. 10/10.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The staff are all so friendly and so willing to help with your every need. The rooms are great and the bed is amazingly comfortable. The roof top area is brilliant with fantastic views. This was our 3rd visit and we’d happily come back time and time again.

very classy-if 14th Century paintings are your thing--and the odd suit of armour- oh and GOLF- Exceptionally comfortable beds -the first bathroom I've ever actually coveted-French brass fittings -nice pool/s (indoor and out) -restaurant expensive if compared to Palma prices (20 minutes by bus -every 1/2 hour out -on the hour back) breakfast buffet excellent. Nice touch in room --a special drawer that housed a collection of glasses -so appropriate one for whiskey/Cava/wine could be used.

Excellent. Great facilities, great staff.

Beautiful little hotel in the heart of Palma, with exceptional attention to detail Very friendly helpful staff, always on hand to anything for you We visit Palma five times a year and will definitely return to this little gem .

We arrived at Concepcio by Nobis and we were greeted by the lovely hotel manager who welcomed us and gave us a tour of the hotel. Every single thing about the hotel was perfect, the decor was SO aesthetic and the food/drinks were gorgeous. However, above everything was the service. We have never met such attentive, kind, funny, lovely staff members before. They truly care for you and made our stay so much more special. Thank you so much to the cleaners, chefs, bar staff, waiting on staff,...

Fabulous boutique hotel in Old Town Palma. Beautifully refurbished in a traditional style. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Great location too.

Perfect edge of old town position allowed us to access all fabulous Palma attractions easily and giving a wonderful walk along the walled ramparts and along the Cathedral and its grounds. All the staff were excellent and very helpful in every respect possible. The sky breakfast terrace is a super treat.

This hotel is very well situated above the marina with a great view across the bay from the terrace bar to Palma Cathedral. I travelled with my elderly mother and although the hotel has a lot of steps she was able to manage well. Staff are universally friendly and helpful. There is a small selection of bar meals which was very good. The cost of food and drinks is very reasonable considering the surroundings and service. We never ate dinner in the main restaurant but the breakfast had an...
