"Our stay was amazing. Our room was clean and spacious, with very high ceilings and comfortable beds. There was a lot of natural light and also blackout shades. The staff was great, including room service. The rooftop bar was delightful with wonderful staff. They even gave us a parting gift based on some comments we made about products that we liked at the hotel. Wonderful experience. "

"The Staff was exceptional -- especially the bellmen! Room was decent size except for the bathroom, which was tiny especially for this price range. The location is excellent right off the Stadtpark and a short 10-15 minute walk to Stefansplatz in the heart of the Altstadt. Also for those with an Electric Vehicle, the charging solutions available in the parking garage were dreadful -- much less than 11kW and not up to today's standards. "Staff helpful breakfast superb. I love lots of breakfast tea made in my room. No milk provided as I have always found in other hotels. If I wanted little cartons they would charge me a service charge and for the milk. Disappointing."
