The room and floor that we were on were very warm. We were unable to cool it down except by opening the windows. Setting the thermostat to 18 didn’t have any effect. It made for uncomfortable sleeping. Location is great otherwise.

Very clean, very comfortable, very close to Metro The only downside for the first day was very loud street noise in the middle of the night, and the staff say there’s nothing they can do because it is a city centre hotel… Second night was better because I was too tired and fell asleep right away, but if you’re very sensitive to noise, maybe this is not for you

Enjoyed 3 night stay at the Hilton,The rooms were clean and the showers was really powerful.The location is excellent about a 10 minute walk to the Spanish Riding School and city centre.Would recommend this hotel for a short break.

Amazing hotel, location and breakfast. We only found two gummies on the floor when checked in, but hopefully this was just an oversight on the cleaning crew’s part. Recommend to visit Rebhuhn nearby if you want a traditional Viennese hunting menu :) But be ready for no apfelstrudel and small portions.

This is a very nice hotel that is well located within a short walking distance of most tourist attractions. There are many restaurants nearby including some that are less expensive. Transportation options are right outside the door. There is a restaurant inside the hotel that serves good food. Staff is superb.

A/C & Heater wasn’t working. Only AC. Room was cold. When I raised it with staff. They left a space heater in the room. So room would go hot then cool at night depending on what was on. Raised it two times with staff in first couple of days. They said they would deal with it. Never did. Never said a word to me again. Otherwise great large room and great location.

Really super comfy beds we were upgraded to queen rooms from twin rooms. Lovely and spacious very clean rooms. Breakfast options were numerous and catered for all diets .. I especially employed the waffles that were made fresh each morning. Helpful staff we did have dinner there the so called soup was rather disappointing with it being just a mere spoonfuls and barely any herbs or flavouring my mum had to eat a sandwich after to make up for it. Dinner was on the expensive side and each item had to be separately bought which I think shouldn’t be the case for a schnitzel.. it should have chips included in the price which again wasn’t cheap at 33 euros. Aside that the mini market they have was useful as well. Reception staff always helpful to answer questions and give recommendations plus a map!
