The Guesthouse Vienna is in a prime location and a great walking base for seeing the best sights in Vienna but also with great access to public transportation. Upon check-in, I loved that they gave me a brochure with helpful sightseeing tips as well as restaurant recommendations. The complimentary minibar was excellent and the Jura espresso machine icing on the cake. The mattress was very comfortable and I loved the window seat view. I wish there were an included breakfast but the restaurant was tasty and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Right across street from Opera House and a short walk to Hofburg Palace, around the corner from Sacher Cafe and Mozart Cafe -- both outstanding-- close to public transport of all types. We loved everything about this hotel -from the check-in experience to the really great food in the restaurant. It was a wonderful place for breakfast as well as lunch or dinner. As tea drinkers, we very much appreciated that they would bring tea to your room as part of the experience. We also really appreciated that the beverages in the room were complementary. That was a very nice touch. Lastly, the location was wonderful! Highly recommend this property.

This property is ideally located and within walking distance to many of Vienna's cultural attractions. The property also provides ample extras in the room, including unlimited water, Nespresso, and a nice selection of wines provided in your room for no additional charge. Beautifully designed hotel in the middle of everything we wanted to see. Very comfortable room. Good offering of very good food in the restaurant. Staff very friendly and helpful with solving a problem that I was working on. Only two areas I would ask for improvements. One more towel hanging space and area to put my own toiletries. Second, this towels are a bit scratchy. I would stay there again in a moment.

Amenities especially in the room itself were excellent! Wine, mini bar, all included. It’s really the little things that make it great! The staff were top notch and very helpful. The only negative thing I would say is that some of the faster in the room is really outdated (the TV for example) it was difficult to operate. However, everything else to include the perfection location was superb! We will definitely rebook when we visit again!
