The hotel is in an excellent location for visiting all parts of the city using underground and trams. The staff are all exceptionally helpful and friendly. The bedroom was particularly spacious and well equipped with coffee machine and kettle. Bathroom very clean with a super shower and roll-top bath. Great place.

I read about noisy Ac on other reviews and it seemed it was a hit or a miss. I contacted the hotel 3 days prior to my arrival and requested a room with no issues. They claimed they never received my message. Sure enough very noisy Ac in my room (653). The breakfast is sub par. Location is very central but for $850 for 2 nights, I was not pleased and will not return to this property in the future.

Great location,

Stayed for two days, great location, really good selection for breakfast and 20% off coupon for the bar and restaurant. Staff was awesome, We arrived very early and they went out of their way to get the room ready for us. I would highly recommend Le Meridien.

It was 24 degrees outside and the a/c in my room will not work properly. So the fan needed to be put to the maxed and it was noisy. I couldn’t sleep all night. When tried to call reception at M1M3, the phone was not labeled right and even I pressed all buttons, no call was connected. It was my last day in Vienna so I reserved Le Meridien to try it out. Never again.
