"Front desk check in woman was very unpleasant for no reason. I heard her like that with another guest at hotel. We asked for our luggage as we had checked our luggage and she had her colleague bring half and when we inquired about the remainder of luggage she said they are looking for it. She does not handled being question well. "

"Very clean and well facilitated, high ceiling, nice view, large bed, and good room system, large shower/bathroom, well equipped with amenities, breakfast buffet is good. 5 stops to downtown by walking to subway in 5 minute. I will stay in this hotel again."

"The hotel is elegant, the staff are unfailingly helpful and "correct," the (genuine, French) champagne breakfast buffet is luxurious. The room was very comfortable with the amenities of bathrobes and sippers, plush towels, chocolates placed on the pillows in the evening, even, as it was Easter weekend, an Easter basket. The large, marble bathroom had both a cavernous European soaking rub and two-meter long shower. It is truly a five-star hotel, and, of course, with five-star pricing."

"Hotel location was good and there was free wine (altho I'd like to think I paid for it through the booking) Funny that they did not have electric kettle which I'm encountering for the first time. Hence, we had to ask for teapots of hot water twice a day. Also very weird to sleep with a picture of someone staring at you. Consider changing to picture of scenery "

Very well situated to almost all of the site seeing monuments. Highly trained , professional as well as friendly and helpful staff. Strongly recommended for those on business or leisure "
