"Besides being a 5-star hotel, what stood out to our family was the staff who went above and beyond to attend to our needs and just making us feel extra special. Special thanks to the all hotel reception staff especially Sabriena (don't recall exact spelling but the one from Italy) and Sameer who helped us with long term storage of our luggage and was exceptionally helpful. We will certainly be back on our next trip to Barcelona! "

"All the staffs were very nice and accommodating. The hotel is very new and chic. Our room were kept clean everytime we come back from our daily tours. As promised by Brendan (service desk) I had a cake for my birthday waiting at our room . Axel was very nice as well, my husband was impressed. All in all, we had a great stay and will recommend to our friends."
