"Really nice hotel in great location. Stayed for a couple of nights with my husband and two daughters. We all really liked the hotel and made use of the gym and swimming pool. Great for families. Very clean, polite and friendly staff and all a short walk into Bournemouth centre. Also excellent breakfast. "

STOP Over-Pricing basic Brand Bottles of Wine. 4. A Concierge does not have the role of a Hotel Manager!? Re.Complaints. Etc. 5. "Location good, unless difficulty walking as it’s quite a steep walk from the town/beach back. Small payable car park. Although the rooms have more up to date furniture the rooms and buildings are looking quite tired and in need of decorating. The pool area is small so can get very busy. "

"The hotel is well located within Lyndhurst and for the New Forest. Staff are polite and friendly, there is large car park for the hotel. Good Breakfast, from continental to full English. Our room was clean and well maintained, with a comfortable bed. "

"Staff at check in were great. Car park was very full because there's a public gym at the hotel. Hotel rooms are weird - there's only a window in the bathroom. No fresh air available in the actual hotel room. Air con system is rubbish. Room was dusty throughout. Terrible night's sleep because there was a thumping noise coming from above my room - it sounded as if we were directly under the gym and there was always someone throwing weights at all hours. Not a good experience. "
