"Stayed here as we were attending the Oasis gig in Cardiff. Friendly staff and although some parts of the hotel are a bit dated it is a beautiful hotel. I would definitely stay here again if in the area."

"When I arrived the receptionist waived my spa entry fee as a birthday gift which was so nice. My room was spacious and comfy but dated. The staff at the spa were friendly and welcoming. My therapist was attentive and gave me the nicest foot and leg treatment ever. It was heaven. The staff at the bar and restraint made me feel at ease as I was alone. It was the perfect solo stay for a tired mum to recharge. "
