"A weekend away with the family, rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Family room has 4 large bunk beds which are built in and spacious, each with a light and charging points. There is no additional seating in the room itself so a good option if it is a base to explore the surrounding area and not to spend too much time chilling out in the room, however suited us just fine"

"Huge hotel with lots of different bars, restaurants and facilities. Can seem a bit impersonal and no cosy areas. Outside areas are lovely. Our signature room in floor 6 was very comfortable. No furniture in the balcony was disappointing. The business lounge was nice but only coffee and 1 glass of prosecco was free. Disappointed there was no food in the evening. At breakfast just coffee and croissants. Parking garage was convenient with lift to lobby but £20 per day was steep."
