"Stayed here for a wedding, room was small but clean. You could feel the bed springs on your back when you laid down and the bed was a bit small. Understood they had breakfast included, but they don't serve breakfast. Staff was lovely and very accommodating. "

"You'll need a car to get around as it's in the middle of nowhere. I'm a type of traveller who needs space so go for the Comfort room if you're the same. Room was adequate for a 3 star hotel so wasn't expecting much but the breakfast buffet was excellent. Very freshly made especially in batch as they don't allow hot food to sit there to get soggy. My friend may write a review complaining about staff not able to make a mocha so if you see that then ignore her comments. She isn't classy and doesn't...

"A regular haunt whenever we return to the Forest and always good to stay. Customer service always excellent. Comfortable rooms and great food. Very dog friendly. "

"No problem until 10.30,the bar shut but to be honest,the poor guy that run the bar was a one man band. He did the bar and he and his wife did breakfast,so I forgive him for his grumpy face."

"Lovely place to stay and spotlessly clean Our disappointment was the size of the room we paid extra for a standard double room rather than the small double , we were given room 14 which on reflection seems more like it was a small double as it only had one bedside table and a very small gap down the other side and caught my leg on bed end when getting back down the small gap. The bed was nice and comfy but could have done with extra pillow in wardrobe ( appreciate this is personal choice )...

"Such a pleasant stay at the Green Dragon! Excellent value. A period property with all the comfort of modern life. Conveniently located, very comfortable bed and quiet room. Brings to mind "Grand Hotel". Would very much recommend."
