"Overall our stay has been lovely, the staff can’t do enough to help, all very friendly, definitely deserve their tips. The animation team all work hard to try to encourage everyone to participate both during the day & evening. The food was all good, a shame the fresh omelettes stopped at breakfast, food was starting to be labelled as the stay went on as difficult to guess what was being served. "Overall a really nice stay, the strip and shopping area is walkable distance. Sadly my room was dirty and full of sand when i arrived, and when the cleaners would clean the room they would only replace the towels and make the bed and not sweep/ mop the floor"

"Overall the hotel is nice, would I stay here again, probably! Not a lot of entertainment on around the pool, the food is better than other hotels I’ve been in! Only down fall for me personally was the cleaner off the room, either the room wasn’t cleaned or when it was the only thing that was done was the bed had been made our jarmas where just chucked on top of our cases, never replenished the toilet paper have to ask for extra every day as none was giving to us."

"Beautiful property, although older it was well maintained. The outside and inside pools were lovely. I believe it is off season so at times felt line we had the place to ourselves. Breakfast was delightful and nice to be able to enjoy it on the patio. Water in room was replenished daily but it was not till checkout that we were informed it was not free. Only feedback I have is there should gave been a sign. "

"the hotel has 3 coffee shop and not three bars, point to be corrected on the hotel.com website. When we turned on the heating a petrid smell came out. we had half board and every dinner, the fountain disappeared and made us pay for the bottle of water. to note however, a smiling, courteous staff and the cleanliness of the rooms"

"The food was terrible nearly the same food everyday Food wasn't keep it hot as should be when its served Even coffe just warm. It was a virus around as some children were very ill including my child with a diarrhea and fevers and could be a food poison or something to do with the pool as we heard from another costumers. My adivice is to avoid this hotel "

"We stayed for 2 nights with friends. The hotel is very old and tired and run down and not clean at all the pillows are mouldy and towels all stained . We had ants in our room crawling in the bed but I must say the receptionist tried very hard to assist from checking to resolve this . The food and dining is an experience in its self !! The hotel can’t help the guests but despite that the ambiance and quality of food is not even a rating . We ate out even at breakfast. Sadly I would not...
