We did encounter a few issues with our room in regard to bathroom condition and some damage on the bedroom flooring. The walls also weren’t soundproofed, so it can be quite noisy at night, with some WiFi signal issues on the 4th floor. The reception staff were quite slow in responding to problems and if called, did not follow up or call back even when they claimed they would. However, the other staff at the hotel were amazing. Fabulous service everyday with a great selection of foods, drinks and nightly entertainment. With special thanks to Slim in the hotel bar who always went above and beyond and made our stay very memorable. I would recommend staying here overall as it was great value for money despite the few issues we encountered. I would have just preferred for reception to be more useful and attentive."
