"great place to stay in milan, location was good, close to everything, except for the few homeless sleeping very near the hotel entrance, it was safe. apparently, the staff doesn’t help with luggage, surprisingly for the 4 star hotel. staff was very friendly and helpful otherwise. i would still recommend it highly,"

"Although small rooms, it was comfortable and homey. Silvia was especially helpful in recommending great dining experiences. The hotel was in a quiet area and super convenient for walking around. The Duomo was 12 minutes and the farthest we walked was 25 minutes. Everyone was incredibly friendly!"
