We travelled as a group and on arrival was told one persons room had been cancelled ? After our italian family member intervened this was rectified but not before they stepped in.our booking was ok but felt some staff were quite rude to other members of our party.some of the facilities in the rooms were not working eg tv phone , shower , disapointing .although our room was fine.
We wound up going to Milan very spontaneously and the neighborhood was wonderful. The only flaws in the hotel design are almost cliche critiques of style over function: lights that won't stay on unless the key card is in its slot; no place in the shower to set down your soap or shampoo. Beautiful, but imperfect practically.
"An Oasis of comfort steps from Mudec and Navigli "
Hidden off Via Tortona and steps away from Mudec Museum and the buzzing Navigli area is this modern and cleverly design boutique hotel .
Made from steel, wood , glass and white canvas his hotel is a hidden Oasis in the middle of Milan - fresh and fragrant. All social areas have big, bright open spaces and every room is uniquely scented with customised fragrances made there.
Toiletries are a treat, staff charming and always helpful. Lobby space is open and brillant for parties, or just chilling. Reception is enclosed in a glass so only buy us you need to open door to check in. An absolute treat.
friendly and helpful staff. Some of the staff were not proficient with english so we struggled to communicate but they were trying their best which was appreciated. Thank god they had a PC monitor on the desk so that we could communicate.
It was fine. It was clean and neat. Room was small, but we weren't in the room long. They had A/C, but there was no way to adjust it and it was not very cold; just cool enough to take the edge off the oppressive heat. It's a bit off the beaten path, so a good 15 minute walk to anywhere in Milan. There is nothing bad to say about this place, it was just ok; fit the basic needs. Staff was polite, but not warm. as a first stop after the flight for just 1 or 2 nights, it fit the bill well enough.

At Aparthotel Navigli you will have a modern apartment set right on one of Milan's pretty canals. The P.ta Genova Metro …More
Like Paris's Left Bank, this area is awash with artisans, painters and tourists. Once navigable canals flowing across the city, the Navigli have been reopened to pleasure boats, and cafés and restaurants now line the banks. Leonardo da Vinci helped to design the canals and to the west is the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie showcasing his famous masterpiece 'The Last Supper'.
