Loved everything about this hotel! The staff were so helpful and friendly and the location was perfect — so many shops and restaurants nearby! The hotel is very modern and comfortable. I loved the design and decor. Room had everything you need and it was well maintained. The public areas as well. Staff is very attentive and they are always smiling and ready to assist you with anything you need. I go to Milan at least once a year and this is now my home in Milan.

We really liked the location, room and decoration. The service was also excellent. The possibility to chat with the reception via WhatsApp at any point during the day definitely is a plus. On the downside, our sleep quality was not great. We found the bed to be very hard (personal preference) and woke multiple times a night due to noises on the hallway and outside (despite closed windows).
