Conveniently located 10 to 15 minutes from the station it is in a drab street and it is a little basic with air con that didn't seem to have a lot of impact and a small shower room/toilet. The linen was clean and the staff were pleasant.

I was there just for a couple of hours then it was ok, but I can't imagine more hours there the room was extremely small, the bathroom too awful, I didn't try the bed but the cover was dirty, I booked because I needed it just for a while but honestly I wouldn't book it again.

only good thing is location, close to central station, mould in bathroom. mising power socket covers, dirty dishes in lounge, unfriendly staff, if you book this hotel, check your room before you hand over money, if you do not like it, better look for another hotel

Este no es un verdadero hotel; este es un apartamento en un edificio, que alguién dividió en cuatro habitaciones. Las fotos pueden ser engañosas porque muestran el frente del edificio donde está el departamento. Cuando hice la reserva deciá habitación triple, oh sorpresa al llegar, en la muy pequeña habitación había una cama pequeña y un catre con algo como una colchoneta encima y sábanas, al dia siguiente al regresar vi que entraron, en mi ausencia, a la habitación y removieron el catre. Los empleados que atienden, uno durante el dia y uno durante la noche son estranjeros, que no entendían porque yo les pedía perchas, ya que en la habitación no había ni una, me dijeron que ponga la ropa en la cama, a pesar de insistir en tres oportunidades diferentes no consiguieron perchas, tuve que comprar Yo. El empleado de la noche casi no habla italiano, ni inglés (pensaba que por gritarme Yo entendería más) y soy de mente y oidos abiertos ya que soy profesor de idiomas. Es imposible conseguir un café, no en la quasi recepción, tampoco cafetera en la habitación, se debe salir a la calle y al regresar para volver entrar hay que tocar portero afuera. Para una persona gorda -y lo digo con respeto - es imposible pasar por la angosta puerta de la ducha. Podría continuar, porque hay más, pero es suficiente para que tengais una idea. Lo único positivo es que las toallas, aunque viejas, estaban limpias. El precio es muy alto por el servicio que se obtiene. Existen mejores opciones en esta area.

di positivo solo il prezzo ma comunque si erano inventati una tassa che avrebbe raddoppiato perché sono arrivato tardi.Alla fine hanno rinunciato in quanto volevano solo contanti! Hotel inesistente solounw stanza in un condominio( probabilmente un ex studio medico) stsnze fredde e spoglie

So unerwartet wie zusätzliche Zahlungen war die Unfreundlichkeit des Service

Das Zimmer lies wirklich an Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Für den zuerst angegebenen Preis hätten wir damit noch leben können, aber wir mussten für Strom, Handtücher und sonstiges einen Aufpreis zahlen der uns am Ende den doppelten Preis abverlangt hat. Eine absolute Frechheit bei ausgesprochen unfreundlichem Service obendrein. Nicht zu vergessen, kein Klopapier, nur 2 anstatt 4 bezahlten Handtücher und keine Reinigung für die wir extra bezahlt hatten. Never again!

Bad service and horrible personal

If you are looking for a hotel in Milano don't go to Milano Vintage. We booked a double room but the personal of the hotel give us a room in an old crippy house in front of the hotel. Moreover, we had to pay extra for the cleaning service, towels and bed sheets but they never cleaned our room. The WC was dirty and also the kitchen utensils.

Geringer Preis mit Überraschung...hier nie wieder!

Meine ärgerlichen Erfahrungen in dieser Absteige: - Personalausweis wurde über Nacht einbehalten - Vorher nicht bekannte Zusatzkosten (für Handtuch und Zimmervorbereitung?) musste ich zahlen, sonst hätte man mir den Schlüssel nicht ausgehändigt - Da ich als Einzelperson ein Doppelzimmer gebucht hatte, musste ich alle Zusatzkosten in doppelter Höhe zahlen...auch die Tourismusabgabe, obwohl ich dort definitiv alleine geschlafen habe - alle Kosten mussten sofort bei Check-in bezahlt werden - eine Rechnung/Quittung wurde mir auch nach mehrmaligen nachfragen (Check-in, Check-out) verweigert - da ich erst um 19 Uhr kam, wurde ich noch für meine späte Anreise unhöflich angemacht (obwohl bereits vorher per Kreditkarte bezahlt ) Was soll man davon halten? Niedriger Preis für eine abenteuerliche Behandlung, die man so in Westeuropa selten erlebt.. FINGER WEG!!!

La peor experiencia de mi vida

Un desastre! Yo me decidí por este hotel por el precio, baño privado y por el 'parking gratuito'. NO TENIA PARKING. Después, decía que en el hotel cobraban 5 euros por persona, me cobraron 7. Hicimos el check in, salimos a recorrer y al regresar, vemos que habían sacado las cosas de nuestro cuarto porque hubo un problema eléctrico en el hotel y nos avisan que debemos 'conseguir' otro hotel y que me devolvían los 14 euros. Yo le digo que ellos debían hacerlo, que no correspondía que yo me ponga a buscar. Conclusión, tuve que Irme a buscar otro hotel

I do not know what to say, I can only say this was not a hotel. There was unfriendly staff. Normally I have to check in at 3pm but I got there at 7pm and there were problems again. I did not get any rooms there and I also waited until around 9pm.and I have waited a long time after that I got a small room but the problems were the rooms 2 single bed my little kids did not get a bed

Rip off

Terrible. Payed 30 euro online through hotels.com and then upon arrival they said that it was a mistake and it was actually 70 euro...what??!! I ended up having to pay the extra because no other hotels near by were available. First they tried telling me they were booked then as soon as I said I'll pay the extra a room magically appeared, interesting. One of the workers was really nice but the other one was so rude and awful. It's close to the bus stop but these people just make up rules as they go, not a professional business.

Allo stesso prezzo si trova di meglio sinceramente. Il personale è piuttosto scostante e poco professionale. Sulla struttura non mi esprimo perche sapevo gia a cosa andavo incontro e bene o male siamo sul livello che mi aspettavo.. ma la scortesia e l'approssimatezza del personale non dipendono dal prezzo che si paga.

An absolute joke!

First of all, this “hotel“ looked nice from the outside but like jail from the inside. Honestly. They charged us an extra fee of 56€ !!!!!! Which makes 7€ per night per person for - CLEANING the room, sheets and towels. After the first night, nothing happend, we asked the staff about the cleaners. Nothing happend. Same sheets and towels for three days. You also have to leave your keys on a table when you are leaving the building. Everybody can just take your key and go in your room. Absolute non-sense. When you are unlucky, the staff is taking a nap or is on the Toilet for half an hour so no one can open the door for you. Wonderful. Manager , surprise, was not available. Money is gone, but at least I am rich on experience. Never ever again. Please save up 20 bucks more so that you can afford a better hotel.

Don't go there! They took our money and didn't let us stay there because we missed the check- in time even when we had booked the room for three nights. There is no staff there between 7pm-1pm! The staff is rude, and don't really speak/understand much english. STAY AWAY!!!! THEY WILL ONLY RIP YOU OFF!!!!
