This hotel really pissed me off, twice. After I explicitly told them that I do not daily cleaning service, the housekeeper still entered my room without my permission, and threw my clean laundry onto the sofa (God knows how many people have sitting on it in the past!!).
Another thing is the direction of the hotel on google map is wrong. I dragged my luggage across 8 bridges back and forth and the hotel has no elevator. It was a torture. I know it is not the hotel’s mistake, but they could have sent a standardized message to every guest through Expedia and warn people in advance.
Other than that, the service is very good and the people are friendly. Especially the staff who serves breakfast, she makes a very good cappuccino.
