Staff were incredibly helpful at all hours of the day or night when needed. Just a 15 minute walk away from the metro so perfect to get into Milan. Room condition was perfect. Only complaint would be that in the area local to the hotel there is nothing to do and all restaurants seemed closed most of the time but with just a couple stops away from the city centre it really didn't matter.

The hotel is in a small town, very difficult to get taxis. I ended up lugging my luggage 25 minutes to the train station by foot because I could not get a taxi to drive me there; it was horrible. I also missed an activity in another town because I was unable to find a taxi in a reasonable amount of time.

This hotel is set in the most gorgeous villa, beautifully converted while keeping its charm. Everything during our stay felt just right — from the attentive staff to the spotless cleanliness. Even the hand soap stood out, with a fragrance more like a fine perfume. The location is perfect, with amazing restaurants nearby and breathtaking walks along the Adda River. The stunning views and surrounding nature were the absolute highlight of our trip. We honestly didn’t stay long enough and are already planning a return visit. Practical details were also excellent — free parking on-site and the convenience of electric vehicle chargers made our stay even easier. Considering everything that was offered, the price was incredible and felt like outstanding value. All in all, this was without doubt the best place we stayed during our trip.
