Cet hôtel est bien localisé, à 3 minutes de marche du Duomo. Notre chambre était défraîchie, les produits de bain était de basse qualité, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas très fort et il faisait un peu chaud dans notre chambre. Nous avions demandé et payé pour deux lits, et le 2e lit était un divan lit. Le déjeuner était correct mais sans plus. Ce n’est pas un hôtel 4 étoiles mais plutôt un 3 étoiles.

Great location, 10 minutes walk to Duomo, all the shops and restaurants. Metro around the corner, many shops and restaurant even closer to the hotel than those around the Duomo. Clean and updated room but a bit smaller, great air conditioning. We had a bit problem with clogged sink and the locked bathroom door while my daughter panicking inside, but thankfully the maintenance showed up in few minutes and fixed the problems. The best part of this hotel was its restaurant on the 13th floor where they were serving breakfast. A breathtaking view of the city with great breakfast and the hostess who made any coffee drinks that you would ask.
