The hotel is superbly located near Garilbaldi train station and next to a bustling trendy piazza district called Corso Como. It's very easy to get around Milan using their metro, so we found going to the attractions very easy. Being next to Corso Como you have a wide array of boutique fashion shops and more importantly restaurants. The hotel was very clean, decent sized rooms, the internet was very good, buffet breakfast was very good too. The only thing we found and we are being very picky was the pillows were either too hard or too low. We just didn't find the right ones. However the beds were excellent size and the kid's bed was larger than we first thought.
Staff were great in and were quite helpful.
We would definitely be staying again here - we loved it. Moreover, the most impressive thing was the location.
Set in the centre of China Town, this hotel offers a great experience. With a good map, it is within a few minutes walk of the park/ main shopping/ cathedral/ in one direction and lots of lovely restaurants in the other.
Stayed for 6 days. Easy to go to anywhere in Milano city. Staff was friendly, good internet connection for free, and room was clean and new. There is a supermarket within walking distance, which helped us a lot. We wondered if the room had a refrigerator.
One of Milan’s most fashionable areas, Porta Garibaldi is also the business district of the city and Italy’s powerhouse. From here there is access to all areas including the chic Brera quarter, full of designer boutiques and art galleries. The most famous of these is the Pinacoteca di Brera, Milan’s best gallery housing one of Italy’s greatest art collections and spanning 700 years of Italian art.
