I couldn't fault this hotel. It is about half an hours walk from either Duomo or Navigli, the two areas most worth visiting, but if you don't want to walk there is a Metro on the doorstep. The rooms are very well equipped, down to dressing gowns, toiletries and even a shoe horn, they even supply you with a pair of slippers! We didn't get to use the pool/gym facilities as we were out almost all the time but this was reasonable if we had the chance. Breakfast has a good selection. Staff were very helpful and there was a printer available for us to use to print our return boarding passes. The rooms were elegant and well maintained as was the entire hotel. Some reviews I read before going said Wi-Fi was only available in the public areas but this was not the case, we had full access in our rooms.
A very pleasant stay and would definitely stay there again.
Safe area in Milan with easy access to sites via tram. Wonderful restaurants and coffee shops near buy. Staff was very helpful and friendly giving directions to places we wanted to see. A. Rey enjoyable experience.

Stayed at this hotel for a little over a week and I think that it is a good base from which to explore the city of Milan. It checked all the boxes for me - the room was clean, housecleaning was consistent, hotel staff was professional and helpful, and the surrounding area seemed very safe (as did the city of Milan, in general). The hotel location is convenient for getting around the city; the Lodi T.i.b.b. stop on the M3 line is a 10 minute walk away, meaning that there is a direct route to the city center and Centrale train station. At a push, you can walk to the Duomo (took me about 40 minutes when I tried it). There's a large grocery store and a small shopping mall about 5 minutes walk away as well as a few restaurants immediately close-by; the kebap/pizza place just across the street is run by a very sweet couple and the food there was pretty good. The only thing is that the room is really compact. If you're above-average size (height, girth or both), the size of the shower, the size of the elevator and the length of the bed may be an issue. Would recommend this hotel to anyone planning to go to Milan for a visit.

The residence is in a quite neighborhood 15 min. walking from Porta Romana metro station.
There are many restaurants in the vicinity and a supermarket at 200 mt.
We rented 2 apartments with another couple. One room had a non functional air conditioning.
The cleaning is made every two days and but not deeply. It should be improved.
The person in charged, Verónica showed a great disposition to help and interested in the guests comfort.
It has a elevator which is convenient and a small terrace at first floor.
All roads lead to Rome and the palazzo-lined Corso di Porta Romana follows the route of the ancient Roman road. The Pinacoteca Ambrosiana is a small treasure trove of art including works by Botticelli, Titian and Leonardo da Vinci. Nearby, the Museo della Scienza e della Tecnologia Leonardo da Vinci is one of the world’s most important science and technology museums with over 15,000 exhibits.
