Town House 33 is a boutique hotel, modern and comfortable. Its strong suit is its location, just outside the city center so that the hotel's neighborhood is quiet and relaxed, and yet the center can be reached by foot in 15 min or so.
Our room was not large, but well designed so that we had no problems. The bathroom was large and very functional. Breakfast was good. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The room was on the expensive side, but may be that is to be expected in Milan.
My stay at Hotel Vittoria was pleasant. It is a bit like a small sized hotel compressed into a tiny hotel. It is decorated in a fancy style but it might be a bit small for all the decor. The room was a bit compact which was fine but the bathroom was very confined. Overall, my only complaint about the room is that the pillow on the bed was terrible. But not bad enough for me to request a new one. Breakfast in the common area was tasty with outstanding croissants. And the staff was friendly...unfortunately, I didn't speak Italian.
The hotel was more or less as expected in terms of condition and facilities. Our room had 3 beds in it which reduced space significantly. Road traffic noise (Italian car horns) meant the windows had to be closed at night time. It was suggested when booking that the hotel was conviniently situated for the city centre which is not quite accurate. You either had a 20 minute walk to the nearest Metro station or took a €10 plus taxi. Now for the good bits. Bed linen was changed every day without fail and the supply of towels was almost limitless. The staff where amongst the friendliest and most helpful I have encountered in over 30 years of travelling.
I booked my room at the Hotel Delizia on account of the high customer rating, and inexpensive room rate. The location was easy for the taxi to find, the hotel staff was courteous and professional, my room was ready immediately and was clean and comfortable. This was a welcome reception after my tiring day of travel. This was my first time in Milan, the hotel employees were more than happy to help me find my way around, from directions to the public transportation, where to get money from an ATM, and suggestions on where to go for a good meal close by, a historical site seeing, or where to find the nightlife. The breakfast in the mornings were just right and served by the staff, and there was always someone available if you wanted a cup of coffee or something from the bar. I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Delizia, I will definitely be staying there again, and would recommend it to anyone who does not want to spend a lot of money on a simple hotel room.

Higher standards than a 2-star hotel. The staff was really helpful. The hotel room was very clean, welcoming you with the smell of soap:) The breakfast was rich, even offering three types of cakes!
10-15 minutes bus travel from Linate Airport, 10 minutes tram travel to Duomo (20-25 minutes walking distance if you are not tired to take a walk). The hotel was a cute one, definitely value for money.
The only disadvantage is the sound isolation between rooms. Currently a renovation is going on, so throughout the day there is a noise of construction, but it is not a problem because you will be probably enjoying Milan at these hours.

Vittoria is a popular shopping and residential area with leafy avenues. At its heart is the Palazzo di Giustizia (Law Courts), a focal point in the 1990s due to the iMani Pulite/i ('clean hands') corruption trials which changed the face of Italian politics. For a more spiritual experience, Santa Maria della Passione is Milan's second largest church after the Duomo, with some remarkable paintings and frescoes.
