"Well positioned hotel, as a 15 min walk to gunwarf quays. Pool and steam an added bonus. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment. The hotel kindly gave us a permit to park the car on the road as the car park was full at times. Room clean and comfortable bed. Very warm amd aircon not working. It was late when we returned to the room so I didnt wish to change rooms as offered. Was given a fan quickly. "

"We had a lovely stay for 2 nights over Easter weekend. Positives- we had a one year old, cot was provided on our room ready. Plenty of space. Each fridge in the room has two bottles ready to top up water or milk, both available from dispensers on each floor which I loved. Staff were all lovely and helpful. There’s a restaurant and a pub so we ate in each for dinners. Pool is lovely and warm. Children hours are only up until 11am and between 3-7pm. Didn’t bother us but a little annoying when you...

"Wonderful stay! Came for a long weekend with two small children. The room with an annex was perfect, everyone was very understanding of the kids needs. Perfect location - really felt magical to see the horses outside every time you step out of the property. Going to the “beach” just A few steps away was so perfect for my kids! Cons: the carpet in our room needed replacing and was badly fraying by the baseboards. The pool area needs a good updating but would be a beautiful space once renovated...

"One night bed and breakfast stay. Excellent facilities including both indoor and outdoor pools with spa facilities. Very comfortable bed and well equipped room. The only slight criticism was the bathroom could do with a refurbishment. (Room 18). We choose to have an evening meal at the ferryman pub, just a short walk away but the cooked breakfast was excellent. We will definitely stay here again."
