"The hotel is in very good place for turist, next to good pub,also 5 min walk to national train station if you need that. Modern building with 10 flors,lifts, bar and restaurant. "The room was ready when we got there around 11:30, before the noon check in time (also a great perk since most hotels don't allow check in until 3 or later). Parking is on the road but there was plenty and the road felt very safe/quiet. The staff were very helpful and I don't realise breakfast was included in our stay which was another nice perk. Especially for the total price. You can get into central London in 30 mins on the tube so for the price of the room compared to anything closer in, it's well worth it. The bathroom is a bit tired decor wise but not horrendous or anything, our shower just didn't drain all the well and the showerhead could do with a replacement but other than that it was fine. Comfy enough bed with great pillows. Can't complain at all and will definitely use the hotel again when we need to be in London. "

"The room 247 I stayed in was dirty bed mattress was old like lying on old springs. The main complaint was the window there was a safiwire on which I understand but no handle on frame for air in room but most of all a fire hazard as you could not open "
