"The hotel is in a beautiful location in the City of London. It is a short walk to the Tower Bridge and London Bridge. It was very quiet around the hotel, so it ensures a nice environment to sleep. Rooms were lovely with nice items for your comfort( tea, water, biscuits, robes, etc). I would stay again in the future. "

"Amazing! Super friendly staff and excellent location. Very comfy beds. Only issue was the hot water isn't consistent and gets too hot randomly. They just had an incident where the hot water stopped working altogether for one morning (which was fixed immediately) but could be due to that. Otherwise a perfect stay."

"Had an amazing stay! Would 100% stay again in the future! Amazing service and room. The hotel is in a perfect place in between a train station and the tube station making everywhere accessible. There is also a taxi rank out the front of the hotel. Perfect stay! We were also really lucky and had a great view! "

"I like to start a review with the positive.I enjoyed that the premises were renovated warehouses on the river. My room had a great view. It was challenging to get a king room with a walk in shower. The beds were smaller than advertised however they were comfortable. Maybe I am just spoiled with the US counterparts. The front desk team was very helpful for the most part. One young woman, who helped me with my room, really stood out but I did not get her name. The breakfast was the meal I had...
