Loved everything about the hotel, outside cabin and spa. Lovely relaxing time with a friend for the weekend. Very clean. Lovely staff and amazing sunday dinner. My only annoyance was my friend forgot her toothbrush and they charged us £2 for one. I feel a complimentary toothbrush would not have affected their bottom line considering how much we spent at the property. But otherwise a beautiful venue with great staff and a beautiful luxurious spa.

I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! We came for a 2 night stay, not knowing where the hotel was when we booked it. it was an ideal location 10 mons from the city centre, buses run every half hour from a bus stop 10mins walk away.It is on the Southern ring road ideal fro the airport and exploring north Norfolk.Plenty of parking.
