"Would have rated it 5 stars overall, but one or two things were allowed to run out. For example, the Aspels cider, the decaf tea sachets, and the decaf coffee sachets. Better checking on such things on a regular basis would prevent these from running out, because they could be topped up before they run out. Apart from the above shortcomings, good breakfast, good dinner, friendly and helpful staff."

"We didn’t use the leisure facilities as we were only there for few days and did some sightseeing But the facilities looked great had our stay been longer we would have made use of them We had a studio and accommodation was spacious clean and exactly what we wanted"

"Lovely setting and beautiful rooms. However. restaurant staff for breakfast weren’t very welcoming and the food was ok. With all the extras on top for the fitness centre and dinner it was a very expensive business trip considering you get more for your money in other hotels surrounding Norwich."

"Had the most wonderful time, 2nd visit this year. Staff are wonderful, helpful and always look happy. Jim aka Susanne another great tour in the beautiful Bentley a pleasure and such a treat. I would always book this hotel, should be rated 5 star. Can’t wait to visit again."

"The wayford bridge inn was very nice ! the bus service into Wroxham from the Marina entrance across the road was fine !! but the bus from Wroxham passing the Wayford Bridge inn do not stop anywhere near the Wayford Bridge Inn."

"Very enjoyable 3 night stay. Well equipped and comfortable room overlooking Norwich city football ground. Plenty of parking both outside the hotel and a few yards away for the football ground. Excellent breakfast choice. Couldn't fault it. 15 min walk into city or catch the number 25 bus nearby. Thank you."

"This was my first time staying at a Holiday Inn Express. We’ve usually been “brand loyal” to a certain purple‑themed chain, but I have to say I was genuinely impressed. The staff were helpful, knowledgeable, and nothing seemed too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent and really enjoyable. We also had an evening meal in the hotel restaurant on Friday. While the food was nice and tasty, I did feel the price was a little high — just over £65 for the three of us, and our 17‑year‑old eats very little. Even the server double‑checked the total twice, which made me think it wasn’t just me. I appreciate that prices are what they are these days, but it did stand out. Room and beds were extremely comfortable, Ability to turn off and control the temperature of the aircon was appreciated. Unlike some other Hotel chains that fact that there was actually plug sockets next to each side of the bed was really appreciated. I agree with a previous review the parking spaces are ridiculously small, even the disabled bays outside the hotel are stupidly tiny, there are some larger ones in the "overflow" area. Remember to check your registration number in at the check in desk though."
