The older lady at the desk was wonderful and the younger lady who attended the kitchen and made up the rooms was phenomenal! ❣️ Thank you for a great stay. I will say the lack of air con was quite hard to handle as we were visiting July 7 to 9 and it was sweltering. (I understand that is not the norm )"

"We had a 2 night stay to celebrate my husband's birthday. Faultless service from the staff in all areas and particularly the restaurant. Spa area and all 3 pools are spotless, just enough loungers, more than enough towels and shade - and on a hot day a beautiful place to chill out after exploring Bath. Bar lounge menus and main restaurant menu are good value, food is excellent."
