"Had a wonderful short break. Staff we interacted with very helpful. Some of the clientele (roungh/moany/rude!) were not what youd expect at a Hilton but that cant be helped. A problem we had was rectified. Lovely evening meal in the GILD restuarant. Breakfast in The Arbour was brilliant. Great range of choice. Only disappointmenr was I would have liked - and wanted during my stay - to sit on the terrace on the waterfront and enjoy a drink in the sunshine-unfortuantely on the date we chose it...

"Visiting from Canada. Got married at grand ball room 39 years, wanted to come back and stay at hotel. Was nice stay this is my 2nd time returning to hotel, first time my husband and I stayed that room had church view and was nicer room this time I treated my sister room was okay, side view and beds were not as comfortable. "

"I plumped for one of their rooms without a window as I wasn’t there to admire the scenery. The bed was massive but perhaps a bit hard for my taste, other than that the room had everything you needed. The first day I discovered that 9 o’clock wasn’t a good time for breakfast, the place was rammed full and people were often waiting on specific items. The next three days I went down between 7 & 8 and it was perfect, plenty of space and everything was available at breakfast. A nice touch was the...

"Great stay, room had plenty of space even with the cot in it. Very clean and the staff at reception and the Sky Restraunt were brilliant. The shops, food places and bars in the resort make it a great place to stay. Only 20 minutes away from the Bullring Shopping Centre also! "

"Great location for Bullring shopping centre and some local venues. Just a 5 min walk from Birmingham Moor Street and 10 min walk to Birmingham New Street Stations. Welcoming young lady on reception at check-in and spotlessly clean room. Good little kitchenette for preparing light meals during a stay. Have stayed here twice now and would definitely recommend. Stayed in a studio apartment. "

"The shower was lacking in pressure and the water was cold when showered in the afternoon. Television didn’t work and stained carpet "

"Staff friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. General manager, Rama was really helpful and made a kind gesture for our anniversary of chocolate cake with “Happy Anniversary “ written in sauce. Hotel could do with updating as no central heating, windows old, sofa badly stained. Plenty of choice on half board and bed was super comfy. Would stay again."

"The hotel was lovely clean and in a lovely location walking distance from airport but far enough away for it to be peaceful. We had a room on the 5th floor it was clean and a good size bed was not great but ok for 1 night my only fault for my stay was waking up at around 4am when i heard what i think was a washing machine above me i have a feeling the floor above 5th is for staff maybe and thats where they have their laundry done so would avoid the 5th floor if possible "
