"We loved Hotel Kraft! My friend and I came to stay for three nights and have said if we were to come again, we would certainly stay here. The staff are so warm, welcoming and helpful. The room was amazing, beautiful balcony, great room amenities 10/10. Loved the rooftop pool which was warm and a dip after a day of walking was much appreciated. Wonderful views of Florence from the rooftop pool and the bar. It was very easy to walk everywhere from the hotel, attractions are around 20 minutes away....

"Lovely old building and full of character Rooms good, comfy bed and good shower Great location, felt very safe and close to everything but still nice and quiet Roof top terrace has fab views and such a fab place to just sit and relax, roof to bar very strange as it’s just a guy taking drink orders but still worth a visit (WiFi very hot & miss) Definitely recommend "
