I had an excellent time staying at Croce Di Malta. The staff was so kind to me and helped me navigate Firenze beautifully. The pool was heavenly and we were close to absolutely everything!

This property was very close to Florence centre and the train. Great rooftop bar. Make sure you visit it, you can actually see the Tuscany hills surrounding the city.

Nice hotel close to all of the main attractions. Located very close to the train station. Hotel staff all very nice. Room was simple but more than enough. Air conditioning was working very well. If you want to be located right in the action you could stay a little closer to the Duomo but this hotel was very nice overall

Centrally located to the Duomo [~3-4 blocks...be sure to check it out at night from the roof top bar! ], easy walk to most other museums/sites/restaurants, you can even walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station! Everything about the hotel was clean and well maintained. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed with a good bathroom. The breakfast had a wide choice, was excellent and the staff worked extremely hard. Being just a short walk from the bus and tram station made it easy to get to from the airport, but then everywhere we wanted to visit was also an easy walk. Just a perfect location to visit Florence.

Nice hotel and pool, rooftop was nice but short hours and no shade on hot days. Housekeeping missed our room both days while our friends on other floors received regular morning housekeeping. It would be nice to have more amenities in the room, particularly body lotion, shampoo etc.

We loved our stay at Croce Di Malta, it was our second visit to the hotel, having stayed there 25 years ago and actually got engaged there on the balcony, so it will always have a special place in our hearts. Great city views from the rooftop. Buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff are super polite and helpful. Can't wait to stay there again.

My 5 night stay at Croce Di Malta was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, the public spaces were clean and inviting. I was fortunate to get a balcony room with a wonderful view and also spacious, well-kept with comfortable beds. The breakfast was great with multiple types of coffee and other drinks, and quality hot and cold food selections. I'd stay again if in Florence and recommend highly. It's also near the train station and lots of restaurants in short walking distance.

Fantastic location, next to the train station and very close to the historic centre. Breakfast was good and service attentive. Coffee was better when prepared at the bar rather than the machine, of course. Some renovations and better insulation between the rooms would be helpful. A pleasant stay overall
