"This is my second stay at Novotel London Stansted, and I have to say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Reception staff were helpful and polite. Room was clean, shower hot and bed comfy. Had an evening meal in the restaurant where all staff exhibited first class customer service, being friendly, chatty and interested. Evening meal was great and the bread & butter pudding with Creme anglaise desert absolutely divine. Breakfast was just as good and plentiful. Quick and easy checkout. Highly recommended."

We stayed on a very hot weekend so the room was warm, we took our own fan so this helped us have a more comfortable night. Staff polite and helpful. "
