They just need to provide better toiletries, ensure lamps are working in the rooms, advise guests at reception of their energy saving system about the lights, advise guests that towels are available for the beach, facilitate early check in especially for guests with kids and older persons. "The property is nice but it’s starting to show signs of aging. The beach is terrible not very swimmable. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and not much entertainment. Would not recommend for anyone looking to party. "

Please note that this bungalow hotel is an hour and thirty minutes away from Central Cartagena. The hotel provides transportation if you are looking to do activities away from the hotel premises and they are very punctual with pickup and providing you a safe ride back to the hotel."
