"You have to get in line for everything. They offer pre-checkin via Marriott App, you do it, get there and have to stand in line for 50 minutes. Wanna grab a coffee? 30m queue Wanna get the elevator? Wait 5 minutes. Drapes in the room did not close entirely, I heard the room next door snoring all night long. It's very well located but would definitely not stay here again."

"The rooms are very outdated. However, if you need a decent room at an affordable price this def will be it! Very close to everything in times square "

"It’s an older hotel. The lobby has been redone. The rooms painted. But the bathroom was small. Missing typical hotel stuff. Top sheet of your bed. Conditioner. Lotion. Wash Cloth, Hand towels. It took me two days to figure out how to get cold water out of the unique faucet. The elevators don’t really work. Only 2 of the 4. You can’t take the stairs up to your room. Sometimes you had to wait 30 minutes for an elevator to your room. When I told the front desk they told me it wasn’t a problem I could use the staff elevator. When I tried, security wouldn’t let me. But located in the Theater district."

"We were disappointed that we had no refrigerator in the room. My husband is a diabetic and has meds to be refrigerated. Went down to ask to have one brought up. Manager that was on got us an upgraded room. We were down to one elevator and long lines but this was not the staff issue. Enjoyed our stay !!!!"
