"The entire hotel was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. They had breakfast boxes available on our last day because we left before breakfast was open. The location was convenient we would stay here again"

"The staff was extremely helpful in answering any questions we had and providing recommendations for restaurants and directions. The rooms and property were always clean. Breakfast provided many choices da and was always well stocked. The breakfast bone moves quickly and efficiently. The frosted glass shower/bathroom wall” was NOT an issue as the person in the bathroom could only be seen as a “blob.” "

"We were sadly underwhelmed with our stay. The air conditioning made all the noises that AC should make, but without delivering any cold air, and our room didn’t have cold water between the hours of 10pm and 7am. The staff were perfectly friendly, but we approached them about these issues after our first night, and despite claims that an engineer would get things sorted, nothing had changed by the time we returned in the evening for our second night (by which time it was very late, and we didn’t want to make things tricky for our two small children by trying to move rooms at that time). Whilst we appreciate it’s priced as a value hotel for the area, we would still expect these basic amenities to be in working order."
