Our room was bright and had a beautiful view over the bowling greens. It was the perfect way to begin our UK holiday ... relaxing and low-key. Thank you all."

Portion sizes were very generous. The breakfast choices were good too. Small cafe shops nearby for alternative breakfast fare as well as a local supermarket. Car parking is very good."

"This was advertised as 3.75 miles from where I needed to be and after payment showed where it actually is! 3.75 miles across the water and a 4.5 hour road trip! Hotels.com declined to refund me. No doubt the hotel is lovely but the location description from hotels.com is atrocious."
