"One night stay, great location with parking for extra charge. Family room was nice, beds very comfortable. Only issues were the bath and toilet had some staining, and one of the quilts had a stain underneath the cover. The hotel in general was clean and pleasant. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was good. No vegetarian sausage but other options available such as beans, mushrooms, hash browns, cereal, soya milk etc. We all enjoyed the breakfast selection and were pleased overall with our stay, and would stay again."

"The room was well maintained with an excellent shower. One tile n the bathroom needs re- grouting but no big deal . Room 129. Staff were generally friendly, but TBH we didn’t have a lot of interaction with them which was fine for us. If get breakfast was warm & a adequate selection, though a mall amount of manners by some guests wouldn’t go a miss.The location is the star, just 20 mins walk to the centre & simple to navigate. Tight parking on the front of the premises, but plenty of spaces around the back . Overall the hotel ticks all the boxes for a base if your visiting Oxford for a few days ."
