"Disappointed overall, the Front desk staff were rude, except one member staff that we me on the last day. We only stayed for two nights. On arrival, we had one towel in the room for 3 guests! Requested soft pillows , no one came to the room to replace them that night. There was no fridge in the room despite being mid 20's so no where to store cool drinks. No air conditioning in the room 1059, provided with one fan. The Pool is basic, no sauna or steam facilities and the corridor walking up to the pool is filthy.... don't forget to were your sliders! Breakfast was ok, Sabrina was exceptionally helpful. the grounds are lovely and well maintained."
