The hotel is located near trains, subway and bus, making it easy to travel in and out of the city, and there are lots of restaurants and cafes to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely joyful — they remembered my friend and me, along with our room numbers, every single time we returned from exploring the city. Our solo rooms were perfect and had everything we could have asked for, including exceptional AC. Considering we were there during a historic heat wave, that was a gift indeed! A delightful surprise was the high‑end massage chair available for guests. After long days of walking and sightseeing, you better believe I made good use of it. The staff also went above and beyond by storing our gourmet chocolates in their fridge and keeping our freezer bags in their deep freeze. Thanks to them, our insulated coolers were perfectly chilled on departure, and our chocolates made it home without melting. Truly exceptional service all around. Thank you to the staff for everything — I will look back on this once‑in‑a‑lifetime trip with the fondest of memories!"
