This place is probably a great deal any season but summer. The very small room has a small fan. We had to leave the window open to cool down and the street is very very noise. It takes 15-20 minutes to famous Eiffel Tower by Metro. Restaurants around the hotel are good. The room is little too old. Soundproofing needs to be improved. I can hear baby crying and guests talking from the other room. The shower is semi-open. Water can easily spill onto the floor. The kettle are not clean.
