Clean rooms with upgraded bathrooms. A good shower and hot water. Very conveniently located to the "Pernety" Metro station (line 13) and the Montparnasse railway station. Look, I can't speak to other travellers' experiences but this hotel was really good. A friendly staff, a good breakfast service and a mostly comfortable room. My only issue was that the bathroom is rather small and the shower was a little cramped. A good place to stay if not a little far from the main Paris attractions.

The staff is friendly, and the room seemed nice. If you have a closer look though, the interior is in urgent need of maintenance or replacement, including the lift. The area is quite nice, with Cafés around every corner, and the train station is just a short walk away. So if you do not want to spend too much money on your hotel when you stay in Paris, this hotel is a decent option.
