The location was probably this hotel's best asset and great views of the Hotel des Invalides. The surrounding neighbourhood had great restaurants and people watching potential. The employees at the front desk and custodial staff were great and very helpful and wifi was good. However, the rooms are very small, no fridge, and pretty basic. I used the stairs to get to my room on the 3rd floor as the elevator is quite old and small. The rooms didn't come with shampoo or conditioner, I think for the price it should have. And the towels were small and course.

We booked a Superior Double Room, 11 months in advance, in order to have the balcony, as per the pictures associated with the Superior Double Room. When we arrived, we were not given a room with a balcony. We were told by staff that only a few Superior Double Rooms have them and we didn't get one. This was upsetting as we only chose this hotel because we wanted a room with a balcony. We could have easily found a newer hotel with other amenities if we were not going to have a balcony. VERY DISSAPOINTING :(

The elevator broke down for a couple of days at least until we checked out and we had to use the stairs but the hotel is on the second floor and my brother who rented a room as week uses a walker and it was extremely hard for him to get up there and the same thing with us when we checked out we have to carry our luggage downstairs which even though I’ve staff member helped us out with one luggage it was very difficult for us.

This was our first time in Paris. The staff at the hotel were so pleasant and answered all our questions and needs with grace. The hotel is centrally located which was great. Many cafes and bistros within walking distance.

Excellent hôtel, chambres dignes d'un 4 ****. Le service est impeccable, et le petit déjeuner délicieux. Juste un bémol : bien que le quartier et la rue soient particulièrement calmes, ma chambre au premier étage était exposée au bruit du lobby, y compris lors du passage du service de blanchisserie à 2 heures du mat !

Great hotel in a fantastic location, with easy walking access to two nearby metro stations. The hotel staff were exceptionally warm and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The continental breakfast was delicious, fresh, and full of French charm, with excellent pastries. Our room exceeded expectations - a unique corner room with two balconies and a direct view of the Dome. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent and affordable accommodation in the heart of Paris.

Hotel was located in a quiet but pleasant neighborhood. Delicious restaurants were located nearby and there was a small market within an 8 minute walk. We had mosquitos in our room daily, I think they were coming up through the plumbing. But never knew we would need bug spray, in Paris, in November! Our room was stuffy and had zero air circulation. But we did find a fan in our closet so that was a must. And we also couldn’t take a shower without flooding our bathroom, never figured that one out.
