The room is pretty and modern. I wish someone would come upstairs during the check in process to just explain how things work. I had to run back downstairs because I didn’t understand you have to leave the room key in the door to work the lights and how there’s no lock on the door it just won’t open ...
Great location in the St. Germain area. Friendly hotel. easy to get to shops and restaurants and tourist areas by foot or uber
The hospitality was top-notch. Will was wonderful about us arriving very early for check-in, stored our luggage allowing us to eat and explore, and prioritizing preparing the room. We were able to get into the room after a short and delicious lunch at Cafe Latin on the corner. All the staff was friendly ...
I like the small cozy feel of the property- it’s warm and inviting
The location was excellent. Free bottle water in the room was never replaced. 🙁 Very comfortable bed and linens. Room safe was too small. iPad would not fit. Bathrobes would be wonderful as travelers do not have room to bring such things.
The staff is exceptional - personable, helpful and informative. The location is ideal. The rooms are rather small - as is normal in Paris. The WiFi was extremely slow, the only draw back to an excellent hotel.
Smaller hotel, so service is exceptional. Always available (eg we requested an extra pillow), and they try very hard to make you feel like a VIP. Complimentary cocktails were offered as we waited for our room, and we got an upgraded room for part of our stay (we were there for a week). Breakfast ...
Location and room was perfect. We had no bed sheet on the bed only a heavy comforter, and the air conditioning was kept off during our stay. When we called multiple times they told us they didn’t have any sheets.
Great area, great vibe, nice people. Very comfortable and clean
