Great location, extremely helpful and accommodating staff, lovely room. Beds and bedding are ultra comfy. The towels are large and thick. Even a pot to boil water is part of amenities along with coffee/tea/sugar/creamers.
The breakfast room is charming and offers scrambled eggs, ham, prosciutto, fruit, pastries, breads, yogurt, coffee, tea, juice for 10 Euro.
The lounge is appointed in a warm and inviting manner and provides place to sit and read the newspapersbathroom looks updated.
The huge TV screen can we watched from lying in bed. Out the windows are boxes of geraniums. To the right you can see the Eiffel Tower in the distance and to the left Notre Dame.
The elevator is a little wonky. It requires patience to get from the 6th floor to the reception desk or the reverse. My friend and I could not fit ourselves and carryon luggage so we took turns. Still, very functional.
The manager and reception desk are very professional and highly skilled in making guests feel at home. We felt we were treated like valued customers, which we typically don’t see at other hotels. Kudos to the manager for running such a topnotch operation.
