"Excellent located hotel. We stayed in the northern wing in a nice corner room with great view to the Rossio square. The room was well appointed and immaculate clean. It had an espresso maker with capsules, comfy bed and towels. The towel was brand new, with porcelain tiles and a great rain shower. The location cannot be better within walking distance to major sites and the metro. Highly recommended."

"This place is quiet and very basic. It has some nice amenities like hot water and coffee machines on every floor plus a rooftop with a pretty view of the river. The hotel itself was a bit eclectic and not in the most convenient part of town. "

"I booked the hotel on my last night on a trip with friends, they continued the journey and I came back to the states , the hotel was close to airport, the restaurant in the hotel had a variety of traditional dishes. The room was very simple but beds were comfortable !"

"Excellent location. Room was spacious and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Steps away from the Metro and amazing food. Will absolutely stay here again. Can be a little noisy so recommend getting a top floor so you can’t hear footsteps above you. Other than that quiet and peaceful. "

"Check-in facile et courtois. On nous a donné accès à notre chambre à midi au lieu de 15h00. C’était très apprécié. La chambre était propre. Le quartier était tranquille et agréable. Le petit déjeuner était extraordinaire. Tout nous a semblé cinq étoiles. "

"The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location in the beach front is excellent, but can be a little noisy later night and early morning with music fl coming from venues outside of the hotel. The front desk team led by Carine gave us excellent ear plugs which helped. Carine was superb - thank you."

"Great location in a safe area and central to restaurants, shops and local transportation. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Nice free breakfast from 7:30-10:30. My room was super clean and I had an amazing view of the city/water. There was construction across the street that was a little noisy at night but obviously that’s not the hotels fault. The elevator was hit or miss with weather it worked or not. Overall I would recommend. "

"Stayed in a 4 female bed shared room. Bed was nice, clean and spacious. A lot of noise from bathroom, and upper rooms, doors opening and closing , etc. Breakfast is an extra 6 euros and not so many options, but still.was good and comfortable if you dont have much time. You can stay until 11 am and work while you get endless coffee so I would advise to get their breakfast. Check in is long, as there is usually a line, also in the.morning for breakfast you'll have to get in line so go early...

"The room was nice size, with a sofa bed and good toilet. The bed mattress was extremely soft and wasn't the best for me. In the morning you could hear the doors outside. Breakfast was a bit basic. "
