"This is a lovely historic house in Bairro Alto. It makes an excellent base for a visit to Lisboa. Make sure you carry earplugs for use at night. Rooms cleaned daily. Plenty of buses and tram stops close by. Lots of interesting narrow streets with cafes and arty/clothing boutiques etc."

"This was the absolute best experience we’ve ever had at a hotel! The staff were incredible and always willing to help us. The hotel itself has many quiet places to relax, our favorite being the rooftop during sunset with a glass of wine! The fresh juices and coffee that were available all day were so appreciated for two tired tourist. The location is close to many popular locations, but just far enough away from it when you want to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city.
