This hotel is in an excellent location It has a very boutique feel We were in the 6th floor and the room had been updated and had room. There was only a tub/shower and that was a bit difficult to get in and out of (high step in and out) The woman at the front desk on the evening shift was very helpful and even gave a history of the hotel Unfortunately the other staff at the front come across with a very cold and uncaring attitude- which is unfortunate because a few touches of kindness goes a long way with travelers

Because this hotel was significantly cheaper than others in the same trendy neighborhood, we were worried about what we would find. However, everything about our experience—from the room to the service—was terrific. The flat is clean with an ultra modern vibe. Our room overlooked a lovely city square. The breakfast was all that you could want. We even got a free parking spot (there are 3 on a first come basis). I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends who want to explore central Lisbon.

Great location, very clean, quiet, and helpful staff. What more do you want? The air conditioning took a bit if fiddling, but it got there eventually. Staff were especially helpful in arranging for transport to the airport in the early hours for our group of 6 with luggage.
