"The staff were excellent, friendly and very responsive. The room was small but ok. The spa pool was not warm and some other spa facilities were shut due to COVID. Overall though a good hotel and great location for exploring Lisbon."

"Nobody offered to help with our luggage at arrival. We ended up seeing 3 rooms before we found one that was acceptable. Breakfast was good. Service was good. Location was good. WiFi was poor until they offered a signal booster. It was a decent 4 star hotel"
