Long way to get off plane at Lisbon but not wizzairs fault as explained by very helpful female flight attendant.Also Captain was great as we could hear clearly every word he said unlike most other airlines

Silly to have to pack handbag in case before boarding gate and told you can take it out once passed through

Very impressed with the professional staff - always a pleasure travelling with BA

Need more legroom

There are no staff in Lisbon airport when alighting aircraft available to direct passengers to connecting flight to Heathrow. They don’t appear to care

Lisbon airport a nightmare

We were served a packet of crisps and a drink. Guess it is still better than the no service at British Airways

flight tracking app useful given the w eather however not all information udated particulry quickly. Delay at airport and Lisbon terminal 2 for Easyjet and other budget airlines is truly dreadful. Low on amenities, seating, facilities etc. Will not fly budget to Lisbon again.
